On 4/1/the customer called in a order for delivery at 8:pm She was told it would be mins to hr for delivery The food was made fresh and completed at 9:pm Driver delivered the food at approx9:pm Customer called before 9:pm to ask where delivery was since it was min already The manager told her that she had said min to hr Customer said ok and hung up We had workers at the restaurant til pm that night No calls were made to us Next day customer comes in to demand refund Our policy is that if there is an issue with the food, return product for credit or refund She said she threw it out but wanted refund anyway We do not issue credit without return so she was informed I'm not aware of any business that will refund without returning original product

since it was 25 min already.  The manager told her that she had said 45 min to 1 hr.  Customer said ok and hung up.  We had workers at the restaurant til 10 pm that night.  No calls were made to us.  Next day customer comes in to demand refund.  Our policy is that if there is an issue with the food, return product for credit or refund.  She said she threw it out but wanted refund anyway.  We do not issue credit without return so she was informed.  I'm not aware of any business that will refund without returning original product.
