Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it is falseThe retailer was dishonest in claiming that the product was shipped as evidenced by his inability to provide a tracking number and willingness to issue a refundFurthermore, he is lying about my behavior when I was in his storeHis only recourse is to fabricate stories and ban me from his store to obfuscate his dishonesty and fault in this matter My original request for the product to be delivered as promised, not for a refundThe owner tried to initiate a refund to avoid his responsibilityA complaint has been filed with the State Attorney General as well.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
The refund was issued for these items, if the refund was not sufficient than why did Mr [redacted] file for a refund for the product after the refund had already been initiatedI found out that he had shoved one of our players that was under when he had come into our store yelling at myself and our staffHe has already been told that he is not allowed on our property or in our store, if he does come on our property he will be arrested for trespassingThe week that we had sent out his package, we had shipped more than orders and this is the only person who had not received their items, so he saysIt is not that easy to go through over USPS receipts to find tracking numberAs far as I am concerned this issue is done and over with Regards Miguel B [redacted] [email protected]
