Review: on 10/3/14 I put a $500 deposit for a used car OUT OF $1000 reuired I ask [redacted] from customer service if I can not get the rest of the money can I get my deposit back and she said "YES" I went back an hour later and decided to go back for my refund because I could not come up with another $500 customer service said I had to wait 7days for a full refund and I ask them why if I paid with a credit card not cash they answer that is there rules so I when back on 10/10 another excused saying there boss was not around to come back on Monday I call they say he should be coming in in an hour I decided to go down and wait and he never showed up and never rec'd a courtesy call whatsoever from them now I do not have a car nor the $500Desired Settlement: YES I would like to have this problem resolved

Review: I went to Dragone Motors to purchase a SUV and I was approved for a 2003 TrailBlazer SUV. The salesperson name is [redacted]. I put down 1100 dollars and was told to pick up the SUV in two days because [redacted] said he wanted to do the final checks on the SUV. I called the next day to confirmed that the SUV would be ready in 2 days; [redacted] was making excuses concerning the SUV. I had a male friend check to see what were the excuses by not picking up the truck. [redacted] told my male friend that it would be ready the next day. The next day I go down to pick up the the truck; [redacted] said I cannot have the truck because I owe taxes. I told [redacted] I then wanted a refund he said No. I need called he police to get my refund back. I also called the owner- [redacted], but he kept hanging up on me. [redacted] and [redacted], were very unprofessional. I just want this issue resolved and to be treated fairly. Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I wanted my 1100 dollars back or possession of the truck.
