Upon reviewing the gallery for [redacted] wedding I feel I delivered no less images than a standard wedding and given the circumstances we went out of our way during the dances to capture her and her father together before he left.I would be happy to upload a gallery of said images for review if need be.As for her complaints that her emails were routinely lost, there was one incident where I asked her to please refrain from contacting me on my personal facebook page as I prefer to conduct business via email to keep things orderly and prevent over looking a clients messagesI do not feel this is a ridiculous or strange request.I would be more than happy to contact my phone company to see if they can send me call logs, given the amount of time that has passed ( over two years) I would need an extension of time to complete this request.Please see attached PDF's for emails and a copy of the signed contract between [redacted] and my business as well as a highlighted screenshot of the contract outlining our responsibilities in delivering final products and a highlighted screenshot of products included in her package.I have also attached a PDF compilation of several emails that were sent with no response.Given the amount of time passed with no contact from the client I stand by my offer to credit [redacted] the amount of products owed (5x7's, 8x10's and a spread 5xbook) at an equivalent consumer pro lab.Dragonfly Photography Inc [redacted] [redacted]

Response: *** *** was a client of ours in the fall of Her wedding was shot without incident and we covered it as we would any other eventWe captured the expected amount of photos and paid special attention to her and her father given the
circumstances*** *** father was ill and left the wedding shortly after the first dances, before the final formal images were shotWe pointed out this issue and, in the interest of our client, offered to shoot a stand alone family session for her and her family whenever they needed in order to capture any family groupings that were missed due to her father leaving*** *** wedding package included delivery of her files via digital deliver (we upgraded her to a USB due to circumstances with her father), 4x6's 5x7s 8x10s and a starter 5xalbum for her to upgradeWe reached out to *** *** three times between the dates of December and February in order to set a date for her to pick out her prints and review her album designWe received no response to our phone callsI sent out a final email on 3/25/and again on 5/14/to not only her but all my outstanding client orders to remind them of orders needing to be picked up or placesI again sent a reminder on 10/1/and 10/20/to remind *** *** that her print and albums were expiring as per contractAgain no response to any of our attempted contacts were received and at that point her order was archivedIt was not until this complaint was received that I had ANY contact from *** *** since her last email on November 14th where we offered to set up the print and album meetingI would be happy to send her a credit for ordering of prints at a consumer lab, beyond that given the amount of time that has passed since our delivery of services and lack of communication I feel there is nothing on our end that we can do at this timeI would be happy to forward screenshots of all the correspondence referenced above as well as a copy of the contract

*** ***The business still has failed to provide all of the conversations between the two of usAs you can see from what they did provide the email was never received or readI'm not sure how paying for a couple of prints from some store can replace the package I was supposed to receive but I do not agree to this offerAs mentioned they sent me a USB drive and that is it, please see the attached email where I told them what package I wanted
