Very Disappointed, first I called Russell and asked about delivery as time for use was important. I was assured delivery would be 3-5 business days; although invoice says 5-8 it took the 8 which interfered with major appointments. The lift sold is supposedly approved as sturdy enough to carry a Golden Avenger and approved for a 2016 Toyota Highlander - NOT SO - very flimsy and not sturdy or big enough. I called Scooter Direct back and was basically told to bad - you installed it - nothing can be done - NO RETURN ALLOWED - he could care less the danger and fear my handicapped husband felt with this lift - he could care less that it inhibited his sight-ability he needs with his back up camera in order to drive. It was not about the satisfaction of his customer it was all about the money for him. I would not recommend doing business with this person. Buy your lift from someone local that installs and cares about their customers Scooter Direct is not customer Friendly and could care less about their customer satisfaction. I am out over $2400.00 - shame on Scooter Direct

Will not honor the 3 year warrantee that should cover my Harmer wheelchair lift. They sent replacement parts, not the lift only worked less than 30% of the time, after the repairs.

In October 2015, we had our seven and half year old trouble-filled heat pump based heating system replaced with a new heat pump-gas furnace hybrid system by Coastal Heat Pumps and Refrigeration.

Since its installation, the system has worked very well and is keeping us very comfortable in our home. This was not the case during the last seven and half years with the [redacted] system.

The price quoted by Coastal Heat Pumps and Refrigeration was very competitive with three other quotes we received. [redacted] and his crew were very professional in dealing with us and all through the process of the removal of the old system and the installation of the new one.

The most critical thing we learned through our intensive research on the Internet, before we selected [redacted] and Coastal Heat Pumps, was that the quality of the dealer and the installer of a heat pump system are as important as the quality of the system itself.

In this respect, we would have no hesitation in strongly recommending [redacted] and Coastal Heat Pumps and Refrigeration to anyone who is interested in installing a heat pump system in their home.

We loved hiring Coastal. They were professional and very easy to work with and had the best price. It just doesn't get any better. We had wonderful service and from the quote to the actual installation ... And [redacted] followed up to make sure everything went well. We have recommended and will continue to recommend this company to our friends and anyone we come across looking for a heat pump.

I cannot express enough how awesome Russell was to me. He went out of his way by helping with the assembly with the utmost kindness and politeness. Since he wasn't far from me, he brought it all to me, showed me how everything worked. Even fixed my front door issue. Never have I had this much help since I became disabled. If you want honest, reasonable, and the best service, definitely choose Scooter Direct for all of your mobility needs.

VERY HAPPY! Our family is very happy with Coastal on how our project was handled from initial onsite meetings, reviewing our options then on to completion. The team was very polite, professional and worked very well with their sub trades. Steve and his team doing the Ducting in the attic and crawl space to the electricians rewiring for the heat pump were very nice and professional and courteous, and didn't mind answering the many questions that we had. The Coastal crew always kept me in the loop on how the project was going and what was happening next which also made us very happy. The new system was up and running in 2 days from start to finish, just in time for very hot weekend. Thank you so much for getting in and doing this for us. I have already referred your company and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you very much.

We had our heat pump installed November 2014. We are very pleased with the job that Coastal Heat Pump did. Very professional and very good customer service.

While we do typically deduct the original shipping charge and charge a restock fee of $6.95, I will ensure that you are not charged these fees upon receipt of your returned shoes.  Your total original charge was $57.96 as you mentioned, and this is what will be refunded to you, once your return is processed.  
 
Are you able to provide any further detail on your return, such as a Tracking Number?  Please let me know, and I can follow-up on where your shoes are as they make their way back to us.  
 
Once again, I am deeply sorry for the treatment you received, and assure you we will take the actions necessary to correct it.  I look forward to hearing back from you.
