Dragons of Heaven Tattoo Reviews (1)

[redacted] , email [redacted] was a client, this is correctHowever, based on our records, Ms [redacted] NEVER purchased an art feeViewing our records, no credit card purchases have been made with her name. Please see the attached screen shots displaying the purchases made at Dragons of Heaven Tattoo. In her complaint, she keeps referring to “WE”, however Ms [redacted] never commissioned me to do art workShe paid for a tattoo on Sunday, 2/20/and that was the extent of our business transactions When she left, she kept stating that she “loved” her water color tattoo.Ms [redacted] ’s poorly written statement is completely inaccurateShe is twisting facts and involving herself in a situation that did not involve her; further, that she also has no business with and had already been settledHad she been paying attention when I spoke with her on the phone; or in general, she would recognize that she didn’t even spell my name correctlyMs [redacted] DID call Dragons of Heaven Tattoo on Saturday, 03/25/at 1:pm demanding money back with my Assistant Manager, Cassie P [redacted] Cassie was unsure how to handle the situation, so she handed the phone to me while she finished ringing up our client’s at the front deskAnswering the phone, Ms [redacted] was rude, vulgar, hostile and demeaning; all of which we advertise to our clients and our employees: “We have rules, keep it clean, keep it classy, and before all, everyone MUST respect one another.” Otherwise, they will be asked to leave, never return, or be legally escorted from our shopI explained to Ms [redacted] that she did not need to concern herself with a situation that was being handled; nor did I have any legal obligation to discuss any other client’s appointments, happenings, or account with herShe continued with her snarky attitude, so I hung up on her.Ms [redacted] ’s friend called back and apologized for the way she was speaking to meIt was at that time that I informed her friend, [redacted] ***, that I do not tolerate condescending tones, rude clients or attitudes such as Ms [redacted] ’sIt was at that time that I asked Ms [redacted] to inform Ms [redacted] that I chose not to honor the complimentary tattoo touch up, because of the way Ms [redacted] was behavingMs***’s thanked me, and we left the conversation with everything, with what I felt to be, resolved. Not more than minutes later, Ms [redacted] took to Facebook and Yelp to post a horribly written and inaccurate review, again, on a situation that did not involve her, and that had nothing to do with her tattoo experience.Ms [redacted] paid an Art Fee to have a custom tattoo drawn on the same day that Ms [redacted] got tattooed, 2/20/She was suppose to get tattooed week later, on 2/26/2017; however, due to my insanely business schedule AND being the business owner, I had not gotten enough time to work on the art, in the manner that I know I am capable of working on artMs [redacted] and I agreed that it would be best to reschedule for the next available Sunday I had, 3/26/2017; keeping in mind that our shop is closedI was voluntarily coming in on my ONLY day off to work on both Ms [redacted] and Ms***On 02/25/I was in a horrible near death car accident, due to a seizure I was out of commission for almost weeks from the damage that was done to my car, my body and furthermore, my right hand/ wristBeing out of work for almost weeks really set me behind with art, and tattoo appointments; all the while, still having to do physical therapy, massage therapy, and other doctor’s appointmentsPlease see photos of my car after it was recovered from the accident siteThe week prior to Ms***’s appointment, I text Ms***’s to let her know that I HAD NOT gotten to work on her art work BECAUSE it had only been weeks, but I was still dealing with the aftermath of the car accidentI don’t believe Ms***’s or Ms [redacted] have any idea how bad the accident wasOn 03/21/2017, days after getting a brand new car replacement, I was hit, in another car accident; and the effects of the 2nd car accident sent me back to the same position I was in after the 1st car accidentI explained this to Ms***, NOT Ms [redacted] , as she had nothing to do with the appointmentSadly, I made the mistake of asking Ms [redacted] if she would mind rescheduling one last time, to allow me to finish recoveringAt that time I offered to apply a $- $AND tattoo aftercare credit towards Ms***’s tattoo for her patience, understanding with my situation and allow me to recover, however, if she could not wait to get tattooed and insisted on getting tattooed on Sunday, 03/26, then I would move forward and deal with the pain in my back and wrist after the tattoo was complete.Apparently Ms***’s was not ok with what I asked; but instead of speaking with me directly, she involved Ms [redacted] , who blew the situation out of proportion, and then tried to use Yelp and Facebook as a weapon In conclusion, you can see that the situation is nothing as Ms [redacted] describes itShe is not entitled to an art fee, as she thinks she isDragons of Heaven Tattoo / myself made an overly generous offer and good faith attempt to make the situation betterFurhtermore, after speaking with our attorney, Jamie C [redacted] at [redacted] & [redacted] , we made more effort than we were requiredAnd because Ms [redacted] took to public to not only slander us, we have the option to now take them both to court for DEFAMATIONAs our attorney expressed; too many people think that they can say whatever they like on social media, regardless if it is the truth or notAnd because Ms [redacted] has created so much unnecessary drama and wasted hours of our time.On 03/25/2017; we offered to refund Ms***’s art fee, in exchange for having Ms [redacted] removing her inaccurate reviews from Yelp & Facebook; in which she rudely refused. This entire statement is 100% accurate and has multiple witnesses who overheard the conversation, Dragons of Heaven Tattoo, Incemployees, plus myself, and clientsIf you need witness testimony as to MY actions, and how they could hear Ms [redacted] because she was so loudPlease let us know if you need any further informationThank you,Clorae B***OwnerDragons of Heaven Tattoo | Black Halo SalonAttachments:PhotosSide view of my 1st car accident - please note the dates A photo of the 2nd car accident I was inThe insurance info of the person that hit me in the 2nd car accident ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***
