This matter has not been resolved as of 7/7/15 D[redacted] Motor Company only paid partial payment of 641.33 from 1593.35 and trying to get D[redacted];s management to  cooperate has been extremely  unprofessional and  untruthful t I will proceed to litigation. I have granted D[redacted] Motor Company numerous opportunities to resolve  the issue, but the whole process is very uncoordinated, unprofessional, and lacks integrity. We will move forward to litigation and enforce all submitted complaints against D[redacted] Motor Company, with the [redacted], Revdex.com of Houston, and [redacted]

If you look at the email that was sent out June 6, 2015 and as of today 6/15/15 there has not been a check issued or license plates sent to my address. In addition to complicate things the temporary license plates expire 6/17/15. Also the amount of 634.22 does not cover the whole amount of  1191.53+ 400.00= 1591.53. Which is very dis satisfactory, since I only owned the vehicle 4 days! I have attached the final bill along with the brake bill. I need D[redacted] Motor Company to fulfill this request. I am very disappointed/unsatisfied with the customer service and quality of vehicle I have received/sold! If D[redacted] Motor Company cannot honor its integrity as a business and provide professional customer service to a repeated customer I will be forced to submit a complain to the [redacted] and seek legal litigation action regarding this matter. I will contact [redacted] consumer report and express my experience of treatment/dissatisfaction regarding D[redacted] Motor Company. As an example of poor customer service and poor treatment of repeated customer I request that you send me my license plates because my temporary plates are about to expire. It has been since 4/21/15 and still no license plates. Please send them to my current address [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] I hope that we can resolve this matter very quickly.

I have contacted the [redacted] to ask when the plates where shipped, if they were shipped out weeks ago, then it establishes D[redacted]s lack of professionalism and lack of customer service as mention through out complain of this case.

Recently D[redacted] Motor Company violated the rules set forth by the Revdex.com of Houston, by contacting me via email and also attempting to call me at my workplace. Paula constantly wanted me to call her and lied various times on sending the license plates. She wanted me to come pick up the license plates when she told me via email that she sent them. I wanted to avoid physical conflict that I refused but in desperation of the temp plates being expired I sent my co worker who picked up the license plates. I only received partial payment from the agreed total amount of 1593.33 so I filed a civil small claims court petition on 7/2/15.

I have attached all paper work for Mr. [redacted]'s property, we did have our Insurance Company out to his property and we did put a claim in.  You will see that our Insurance Co. will take care of the damage from the leak, but due to the age of the plumbing the Insurance company will NOT pay for...

repairs of the old pipes.  Unfortunately, we are unable to see through the walls to look at the actual pipes to know the condition of the pipes.  You can also see we did do the job for [redacted] Plumbing and Mr. [redacted] did not have [redacted] Plumbing to do the repairs.  Thank you [redacted]Drain Doctor, Inc.[redacted] Drain Doctor Inc. Awful awful awful stay away! We had them out to fix a sewer issue that they did NOT fix, and my basement flooded AGAIN just a few days later. So they came back out and said of course there is no charge because they didn't fix it correctly the first time. Then two months later they send me a past due bill and tell me I never paid for the second service! So I called and left a message saying please call me and let me know why I'm being charged for this when you said I wouldn't be, and the guy calls me back at 7:30 pm YELLING at me telling me I'm rude to question him! Stay the heck away from these awful people!
