Review: I was referred to this place by a friend for a backed up sink. When the gentleman arrived he said the cost would $160 + tax , $160 even if cash with no receipt. He spent an hour and a half and didn't clear the drain. Then the drain was cleared by my husband by watching a [redacted] video. I don't think it's fair I had to pay FULL price for a service that was never completed. When I called him back he said that's the charge per hour and doesn't gaurentee the job to be complited but he never explained that to me when he was here. I don't want him to work for free or that hour and half go to waste I just don't think he deserves the entire amount of $160.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with a partial refund. If the service was complited I'd be more then happy to pay full price but nothing was done and the issue wasn't resolved.

I informed the customer we would be willing to return to make sure her husband cleared the line, and did not just break the pipe in the ground. This is what we believe he may have done due to the due to the condition of the exposed pipe, that had tape and epoxy holding them together. She told me her husband snaked the line for 2 1/2 hours. I informed her if her husband beat on the pipe for 2 1/2 hours he most likely broke the pipe in the ground, and that is a health hazard having the water and grease drain into the ground. She told me she did not want to let us back into the house to check if the line was broken or cleared and simply wanted us to send her back money. I stated to her how can I just give you back money without checking to make sure it was even done? I also told her the day of service we typically charge per hours, and I gave her the 2nd hour for free do to the fact the line was most likely broken and she must have her plumber (who recommended us) return to break up the ground and fix the broken pipe.So as you can see she was given 160 dollars off that was not charged, and I was willing to come back and check to see if it was cleared but she was not willing to let us even see if her husband truly cleared it, or possible broke it. she wanted no part of any resolution other than mailing her money sight unseen on our behalf. PS She informed me at the end of the job she is moving and did not want to due any work to the home that was above miner repairs. I hope this is not a way to get free work done in her home knowing the drain had issues, Seeing how she would not let us come back, to see if it was truly cleared like she said I have no way of knowing the validity of her claim and will not give money back based of her word. sincerely [redacted]
