I was introduced to this company through my home warranty plan to repair or replace a tankless water heater system We agreed to replace the old system for a new system at a specific price I trusted them to do the job as I was away for cancer treatmentsI called to ensure they installed the model we had discussed and was told, YESWhen I returned from my cancer treatments, I checked the system and Draingo had installed a different system When I questioned the technician *** he said didn't even look at the model #, but just installed it When, I told him I paid $more a specific model, he hangs up

They were recommended by Sears Warranty to determine cause of leak They turned water on and left with my money and ceiling flooded and not heard back
On Jan 2, we had a leak from upstairs to downstairs We called our warranty company, they sent these people They canceled the first day and finally came on Jan They turned the water back to the house and went upstairs to flush our newly installed toilet multiple times Water began to come through the ceiling, but not from the bathroom upstairs They asked for my deductible check and stated they would call the next morning to tell us what warranty will pay and what we will need to pay They took my money and left the water on as it was pouring down the ceiling and said they didn't know where it was coming from, but they would give me a quote to fix it? I have two broken ankles that are healing and after they left, I had to hobble outside, get on my hands and knees to turn the water back off I have not received my receipt, I
