We needed emergency weekend service for a blockage and sewage backing up into our basementWe saw Drain King's add for emergency service and the owner and a helper came out within a couple of hours on a Saturday night at 10:pmWorked at correcting the problem for two hours and decided to call it a night and come back the next morning between 11am and noon which was totally fine and understandableTools and two large snakes were left in our basement overnightWe received a call at 11:am that they were on the wayNo one had showed by 2pmWe called, he said he was on his wayNo one had showed by 4pmWe called, another man answered and said they were on the wayAt this point I am growing increasing irritatedWe have a one year old and could not wash dishes, bathe, flush or anything using the plumbingHad we been told that he was not going to be showing up we would have left and stayed with relatives or called someone elseWe were CLEARLY being jerked around and held hostage with this man's tools in our houseSo I called him and told him to please come get this things and that we would be using another serviceminutes later he was at our house with two other menThe owner never got out of the truckHad the helper come to the door with a bill for $which I refusedI gave them a check for $for coming out the night before but the job was not completed and we were inconvenienced and they very unprofessionalDefinitely will not be recommending this Service

Worked at correcting the problem for two hours and decided to call it a night and come back the next morning between 11am and noon which was totally fine and understandable. Tools and two large snakes were left in our basement overnight.
We received a call at 11:30 am that they were on the way. No one had showed by 2pm. We called, he said he was on his way. No one had showed by 4pm. We called, another man answered and said they were on the way. At this point I am growing increasing irritated. We have a one year old and could not wash dishes, bathe, flush or anything using the plumbing. Had we been told that he was not going to be showing up we would have left and stayed with relatives or called someone else. We were CLEARLY being jerked around and held hostage with this man's tools in our house. So I called him and told him to please come get this things and that we would be using another service. 30 minutes later he was at our house with two other men. The owner never got out of the truck. Had the helper come to the door with a bill for $300 which I refused. I gave them a check for $100 for coming out the night before but the job was not completed and we were inconvenienced and they very unprofessional.
Definitely will not be recommending this Service.
