called them in an emergency one sunday morning in Two techs came and used my NEW fluid master which they replaced with their own as mine did not work They KEPT-TOOK both of my fluid masters (the old one taken off toilet and my new one) They fixed the turn off/on valve also I inform Revdex.com and received an offer of $refund from the owner of businessI never received the refund TWICE offer One was a voice mail offer The tech Lied about taking them and claims the parts were left in my bathroom I contacted the Board of Contractors MY OPINION of this business is that the owner and techs are Liars and Thieves and I also informed his bond holder Four months later, I had to have the fluid master replaced again as theirs was faulty and did not work Bad plumbers Their work should have lasted more than months and I never received the $refund A very bad business to deal with for a handicap senior elderly woman and experience to go thru, a complete disaster of stress

I inform Revdex.com and received an offer of $100 refund from the owner of business. I never received the refund TWICE offer. One was a voice mail offer. The tech Lied about taking them and claims the parts were left in my bathroom. I contacted the Board of Contractors.
