We have read ovct this complaint and checked with the boss's on thisNeither one of the bosseswere sent to this job, it was one of our Service TechniciansWe apologize if he left aninappropriate message and we vdll have a talk with him about that However, because the servicecall was not cancelled or rescheduled before we arrived, we do charge for our time of going to ahome and fmding that there is no one there [redacted] has not once called the office to discuss thismatter or the bill so we have continued to call once a month when we send out her statement Ifshe would like to call the office and discuss this, we will work with her rathe bill

We used Drain Masters for a severely clogged drain It was clogged about 15-from the sink They scheduled us for a 2pm apt, but were in the area earlier and since my husband was home they came by and fixed the drain They were professional and great to deal with I felt the pricing was reasonable too I plan to use them again and will recommend them to my friends as well

We have received a letter for the complaint # [redacted] . The customer has called us a few times and the owners have decided to walk away from this job. The customer is making the problem out to be bigger then what it actually is. Every time he has called the story is different on what the... problem is. He has not been very nice to us here in the office or the service tech that did the job. We are no longer pursuing him for payment, this job is now obsolete. Please find attached the invoice for *** ***, complaint id #*** We received the original call, serviced her rental location and received payment on 8/Due to our office being in a separate location from the area of service, it takes about a week to two weeks to get copies of invoices
and receipts to her in the mailShe did not provide us with an email or it would have been sent to her on the same dayShe called us one more time after the service requesting the paperwork and we told her that it has already been sent out but we would send another that same dayOn 8/our office was contacted by her warranty group and asked us to email the invoice since she still had not received either of the copies we had sent to herAn email was sent to [email protected] on 8/Leigh & Son

I had an excellent experience with Drain Masters Their representative was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly He deduced my problem (clogged laundry drain), fixed it, explained the cause, and charged a very reasonable priceI will definitely use them in the future

Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, reasonable, family business. I was VERY pleased with their work to fix my EXTREMELY grease and sludge clogged kitchen drain line.

A previous plumber eighteen months ago had trouble clearing the line, did an incomplete job, and told me I would need to replace the pipe. Drainmasters was able to clear it, made recommendations on how to keep it from happening again, and said there was no apparent reason to replace it.
