Drain Openers Plus

I am rejecting this response because: the individual is not telling the truthMy warranty company sent another service provider out after multiple failed attempts to reach this companyThe reliable and professional company that was sent out stated there was a crack in my water heater took pictures and sent the pictures to the warranty company who covered all expensesDrain Plus fixed NOTHING not even what they are claiming to have fixed because it WAS NOT BROKENThey made no repairs just took the money and was never heard from even after MULTIPLE attempts to contact them via phone or email by myself and my warranty company.

My name is Phil T***Hi service said customer on a water heater complaintWhen I got there I thoroughly checked the water heater the leak was coming from her air conditioning unit the freon line the condensationCustomer wanted a new water heaterThe Home Warranty company which assigned me the
job will not replace water heaters unless they are leakingAnd hers was not

This company was hired by my home warranty provider,I addressed this with themI did pay the contractor the $as required, he did not fix the problem and another contractor has been dispatched
