On October 28th 2015 Drain-Pro went out to [redacted] at his request to investigate an alarm going off. Our technician Zack arrived on site at 4:45pm and removed the pump chamber lid and found the liquid level high and found the alarm float...

unattached.  At this time he reattached the floats and tested the pump finding it to be working, but not at normal capacity.  At this time he informed the customer of the problem and let them know that a customer representative would be in contact with them the following day with some fixes.  He then left the job site at 5:45 and collected for his time on site. The customer signed and had no issue at that time. The following day [redacted] emailed over to them 2 proposals to perform the needed repairs to their septic system. On November 2nd [redacted] scheduled a site visit to go over what Zack had found and confirmed his findings and address the [redacted] concerns about the power switch to the pump chamber being off. Randy spoke with [redacted] onsite on how to remedy the liquid level in the pump chamber by dosing down the system. Both agreed to the solution. Randy discussed the urgency of the needed repairs to the septic system with [redacted].  [redacted] informed Randy that they did not have the money for the repairs at this time but she would let him know when they did. At this point communication broke down and the [redacted] believe that Zack left the power switch to their pump chamber in the off position and thereby causing them damage somehow. Zack insists that when he left the [redacted] home the power was in the on position. It has turned into a he said she said conversation concerning the power switch. I do not think there is anything that can be said that will change the [redacted] point of view. I believe Drain-Pro has acted in good faith and attempted to assist the [redacted] with a septic system that is not working properly.  At this point a refund check has been put in our system and a check will be mailed out on Friday November 13th, 2015. We wish the [redacted] the best of luck with their septic system and whomever they find to be there service provider in the future.
