Im not sure If I am suppose to reply at this point but I do have couple things to say about this response from [redacted]. "does not try to fix the issue or explained why he couldn't complete the work." -I did explain very clearly why the work wasn't finished, and I showed documentation that you were not home when we tried to come finish the work. the photo shot of [redacted]'s call log was to show the missed calls to you on the day of our appointment when you were not home. the calls on there where you tried to call him was on a day where you weren't even on our schedule and [redacted] never told you to call him that is his personal cell phone and is not required to answer calls. you did call me that day and I did answer the phone after he didn't answer. I am going to request a full call log on my phone to show how I called you and did answer your calls, also I will provide an email I sent you asking when we can come finish the sink install. "The business owner and his employee couldn't install the kitchen sink left it like this" -you hired us to not only install the sink but you also hired us to remove the sink, Install 3 bathroom faucets, and a shutoff valve all of witch was completed that day. The kitchen sink that "YOU" provided did not fit in the hole and you told us that "YOU" were going to cut the hole larger. You never asked us to reinstall your kitchen sink because you needed it out in order to cut the hole larger. We never had a set time to come back because we were waiting for you to notify us that it was ready, I was the one that reached out to you . "The business attached his invoice that shows he did not install the kitchen sink" - yes it does show that we did not install the sink because you needed to make the hole larger, It also shows that we didn't charge you to install it either, It shows that you paid us for the other work that we did complete Including the removal and disposal of the 80lbs cast iron sink. "The business missed the scheduled appointments 3 times on 3 different days."   -I would like to see your proof of this because I do have proof that you missed the appointment and were not answering, I also have record of the job that was dispatched to my employee. "The owner called me a week after the last appointment, September 4th while I am outside of the USA and blamed me for not being home when we got a chance to stop by my home and I was not home" -when you were not home for our appointment and did not answer our calls I left you multiple messages and a note on your door to call to reschedule. I called you a couple days later because I hadn't heard from you. "I requested a certified phone calls history from T-Mobile to show all the outgoing and incoming calls from and to the business owner and his employee. The report will show his false accusation" -please do and I will do the same, as a matter of fact I will give the Revdex.com authorization to contact the phone company directly for the records so you know nothing was forged. I will counter with damages because we made a trip out and no one was home , we charge a $50 trip fee I would like money for time spent dealing with your false claim . Also by law per my attorney I can actually demand the rest of what you owe me because you made it impossible to finish. Slander is also a crime and I would like all of your reviews to reflect actual facts that are true. attached to this email is a screen shot of the dispatch record showing I dispatched [redacted] to finish the sink on the 28th , the day he was not home or answering the phone. I will explain the phone records the best I can - 8/23/2017 8:24Am I called to inquire about a request he made to have work done, "2nd attempt" - 8/23/2017 2:52 he called back and we set up the appointment for the 24th - 8/24/2017 7:57 he called to discuss "haggle on the price" pricing before [redacted] did job. - 8/24/2017 3:55 I called to see if the hole was cut larger yet, he said it was and wanted us out that evening. I told him I would call him back after I checked with [redacted] to see if he was off yet. - 8/24/2017 4:52 I called back and told him I could come out the next morning, at that time he told me he was going to have his neighbor do it. - 8/25/2017 4:29 he called me saying his sink never got done and wanted us back that evening, I told him we were all booked up until Monday the 28th but I said I would see if I could move my schedule around to get him in sooner. - 8/25/2017 6:14 I called him back to let him know the 28th was the soonest available appointment we had and we scheduled it. - 8/27/2017 I included a dispatch record to [redacted] where I sent him this job. - 8/28/2017 you have [redacted] call log showing he called and the sorry we missed you letter - 8/28/2017 10:08am shows a call out to him when [redacted] notified me of him not being there I left him a message saying sorry we missed you and to call me to reschedule. - 8/29/2017 shows a follow up call because I did not hear back from him yet letting him know to call me to reschedule so we can finish work. - 9/4/2017 shows I made another follow up call to finish the work I sent you each call page for page, I sent you a whole statement so you can see that I didn't have any missed or un returned calls, and I included a screen shot of the dispatch record.

I am rejecting this response because:- First, I explained everything in my previous messages. I lost time, money and efforts equal to $400 and I asked the business for reimbursement - Second, The replies from the business does not show intent to solve the issue. Just blaming and blaming.- Last, The replies from the business show clearly the poor professionalism. He even does not know how his own phone works. His phone logs hows my calls that he ignored and his calls after 4 days.

We were out at [redacted]'s house to do a small job on 8/24/2017, we were supposed to install 1 faucet and 1 kitchen sink. [redacted] changed his mind and decided to have us install the sink and faucet with the addition of 3 bathroom faucets and an angle stop for his dish washer. he was...

given a price of $350 for installing the kitchen sink but the price was to high so we lowered it to $250, we quoted him $225.00 to install the 3 faucets, $75.00 to install the angle stop, bringing the total price to $550 " this is shown in our original contract that I'm providing in this email" [redacted] agreed on the $550.00 signed our contract and we began the work. [redacted] Installed the 3 faucets, 1 angle stop, and disconnected and removed the 80lbs cast iron sink, when he attempted to install the new sink he discovered that the new sink was to small for the hole, [redacted] told [redacted] this and [redacted] said he would have the hole cut larger and would call us when it was done to schedule the remaining work so [redacted] collected money for the work that he had already done "$450"  and [redacted] agreed to pay the remaining $100 when we came back to finish. The day was coming to an end and I hadn't heard back from [redacted] so I called him to see if he had the hole cut yet, He told me that it was finished and wanted us to come back that evening, I told him we were almost done working for the day and that [redacted] was on another job and we would have to reschedule for the next day and he was very upset that we couldn't come back at 7pm to finish a sink install, I offered to come back the following morning "witch would be the 25th" first thing and he agreed. I received a call from him an hour later telling me to forget about coming back he had his neighbor finish it so I took him off the schedule. I got a phone call later that day around 4 demanding we come back that evening once again I told him we were unable to make it because our schedule was full and my plumbers were getting off for the day, I told him I could make it back on Monday the 28th for our first appointment, he agreed to this and on monday we called to verify to see if he was home "multiple times" and we got no answer. I went ahead and sent [redacted] back anyway to do the work and he was not home, we left a note on his door telling him "sorry we missed you we tried calling you and no one is answering the door and to please call us to reschedule" I then called him my self and left messages to call us. We never heard back from him at all, I called the next day and still no answer. now I am actually being harassed by him VIA reviews. he has gone on several sited saying we left him 5 days with no sink and that we never answer our phone... I called his this morning to attempt to resolve the issue and he started yelling at me and I told him all I want to do is to come out and finish the job he said " I am out of the country right now but I will destroy your business by writing bad reviews" I told him we have been trying to reach you and you are not home when we come to finish the work. I even asked him if we can come finish? he said no I want my money back. I also included a snap shot of [redacted]'s phone log attempting to call him on all the scheduled days along with the not we left on his door. we actually don't owe him any money because he just paid us for all the work we completed , he paid us to remove and dispose of his sink, and he is the one preventing us from finishing the sink install witch he still has not been fully paid for.
