Absolute worst customer service and follow throughI've scheduled this company to install gutters on my customers homeIn the past months they have missef scheduled install datesThey never called prior to or after missing schedule datesI usually got a call from customer questioning me about their whereabouts

This company should not have an A+ rating with the Revdex.comI can only surmise that past customers never climbed up on a ladder to check the quality of their "completed" work, which I did, on three different occasions before the installation was finally completed properlyThe sequence of events are as followsYou be the judge whether you want Drain Right working on your gutters
Initial Installation: The installers "completed" their task, allegedly covering feet of our home's guttering (with the DrScreen aluminum mesh product)--in three hoursThe crew then left the premises without notifying me whether they were done or coming backThe salesman later confirmed that the crew HAD completed the installation and were not returningAt that point, before writing my check to Drain Right, I climbed up on my ladder to check their workWhat I discovered were multiple long sections of the drscreen without any screws securing them to the gutters (the owner would later confirm that there WERE SUPPOSED to be screws securing the mesh to the gutters), multiple areas of mesh which had fallen down into the gutters (due to lack of screws, now no longer protecting the gutters), gaps between the panels of mesh, and two long sections of guttering where there was NO mesh at all! What I saw caused me to end my inspection after surveying only about half of my home's total gutteringAt least three men were involved in this installation, and, for the exception of one new man on the team, according to the owner (Darvin), the other two installers were "experienced" installers for his company
Upon complaining to the Drain Right office (including an E-mail replete with pictures), Darvin called me immediately and apologized, sending a different team out to my home the next day
Installation #2: Two men arrived, on time, and worked at least as long as the first crewBoth workers appeared competent and concerned to do the job rightFollowing their extensive repairs, however, I climbed upon my ladder again and STILL discovered a long section of upper guttering WITHOUT ANY MESH and several corners of my roofing shingles damaged--likely by the first crew--one extensivelyI responded by notifying the office and again sending an E-mail with pictures of the areas notedThe office receptionist later called back to say that men would be out the next morning to remedy the situationNo word from the owner
Installation #3: The same workers as Installation #arrived, were on time, and FINALLY, properly, completed the job by covering the remaining guttering!
In all, a one-day installation took three visits, required multiple follphone calls to Drain Right, and my climbing upon a ladder on three separate occasions to assure proper installation of their DrScreen productI would recommend to any homeowners who choose to use this company that they personally inspect the completed work BEFORE writing any checks

My home had never had gutters in its 10 year existence. The workers at Drain Right guttering provided a detailed estimate. I incurred no overages even though I had to have them come back to my house to correct some cosmetic and functional issues with a few downspouts. They also pointed out a couple of issues with my roof that needed addressing. Now, all gutters function perfectly even during rainstorms. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would hire them again.
