Thank you for getting this complaint to us We take every complaint very serious Going through our records I noticed that the check engine light was from a bad Osensor (warranty does not cover Osensors) We paid for that, I am not sure what deductible they paid because we paid the entire bill If they could let me know which shop they took it to I would like to know The A/C was paid for on 10/and the deductible was waived by the shop (attached is the repair order) On 3/the fuel pump went bad on the vehicle and was covered and deductible waived again On 3/the reason the head gasket went on the vehicle was because it was involved in a accident cracking the radiator The van was continued to be driven for a day till the head gasket blew causing the engine to seize Warranty considered this neglect and turned the claim down We offered to split the cost and they paid $and we picked up the balance of $ When we heard about the trans slipping we had the owner of the shop we do business with call the customers and they refused for him to pick it up and look at the vehicle We will be more than happy to have the shop pick up the van to be looked at to find out what the issues are

We were told WE had to pay to have it towed I am not paying to have it towed We never refused to have it picked up this is a lie They told us we had to personally have it towed meaning we would pay for it And were were told we wouldn't be getting a rental care as well We were told to have it towed in, not that they would pick it up If they are willing to pick up the vehicle free of charge, I will gladly do so Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

I am confused would you like us to pick and have your vehicle looked at or not? As we have said before we will pay for the tow

Our business revolves around our customers We take all of their comments serious We have looked into this complaint and before we sold the car to Ms*** we had both inner and outer tire rods replaced along will the ball joints If the struts were bad then we would have
replaced it then Safety is our first concern We also provided Ms*** with a warranty that covered motor mounts All she had to do was bring the car to any shop and that would have been covered Regarding the interest on the first $I do not know what that means We have a simple interest contract that calculates interest on a daily bases The car was purchased on 8/25/the struts and motor mount could have gone bad at any time after that date When the car was sold there was no issue with the struts and motor mounts, however Ms*** was a great customer of ours and we would like to offer her $

I am rejecting this response because:
I want it in writing that the air conditioner will actually be repaired since this was already paid for and it never worked even after it was supposedly 'fixed'.  Once that's in writing then I want my vehicle towed and repaired.
