My first encounter with DrainagePros was in shortly after I moved into our residenceI was aware that the previous occupants had had significant water flooding in the back yard during heavy rains – back in the days when California was not in severe droughtWater had pooled in the sub-area of the house so much and so often that a portion of the metal ducting for heating and air conditioning was rusted through and had to be replaced!
I found DrainagePros online and called ***He and I walked the property, and he described where the problem areas were and what he proposedI agreed with everything in his comprehensive plan, and I authorized the workThe job required digging up portions of my yard, lawn, and planting areasThe job also required cutting through cement walkways and my drivewayHis work was surgical! I could hardly tell where he had installed the pipe except for the industrial quality drainage outlets scattered throughout the propertyThe cement work was beautifully done, and the driveway looked untouchedHe even installed items I didn’t think of like clean-out points for the underground pipingThat winter we had periods of very heavy rainfallNot even a puddle accumulated on our property, but there was plenty coming out of the drain pipe that he installed through the city sidewalk and into the street!
