This company is terrible We hired them for $500+ dollars to do an evaluation of our home drainage including video since we live out of the state They came to the property and wrote us an email, but were unable to email the video They kept sending us a link to their internal server They took days to answer emails or phone calls trying to get the videos When we tried to discuss their solution, we asked if there would be any type of warranty for the $4k quote and they said no I would not trust them let alone hire them for more work - it has been over days and still no videos
