I am very pleased with the service I received from Steve today to replace both my leaking ten year old outdoor faucets. He offered to explain how to drain the faucets for the winter and patiently respected the fact that I needed to write his instructions down because of my strokes. He also taught me how to avoid damaging the handle. He was very polite and always willing to answer my questions. His quote was fair and I am most grateful for the positive experience. He also covered his footwear in slippers to keep my flooring clean. I will refer Drain Pro to my friends. The owner who called me to set up the appointment carefully explained what to expect and what the possible lowest or highest quote could be so I had no surprises. He explained customer satisfaction is important to him because he believes this is the best way to get referrals and repeat customers. This level of commitment and service is the kind of work ethic I look for in the home maintenance industry and not easy to find.
