Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the response from Drain Pro is false The owner provided single tire that was the wrong size according to the service person they sent out to put the tire on The second time a tire was offered, the service person called first and I questioned as to whether he had checked to make sure the tire was the right size this time, he had not and said he would check and get back to me before scheduling a trip out I never heard backI called & emailed multiple times, finally stopping by Drain Pro in person I was never provided a proper size replacement tire or the reimbursement I eventually purchased a replacement tire myself Drain Pro acted very unprofessional in damaging my property and not paying for the damage prior to years now Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] The response I received from Drain Pro is purposefully misleading I dealt directly with the owner of Drain Pro so he was fully aware of the problem The owner came to our home the day after our equipment was damaged to assess the damage himself I, personally, called him dozens of times to try and secure repair of our equipment, and was offered two sets of tires that were the "wrong size" To this date I have not received payment for the damage [redacted]

2/24/Response to Complaint #***: The customer *** *** did deal directly with the owner. The owner took pictures of the damaged equipment and did provide different sets of tires and wheels of the right size. The customer did not like the tread design. At that time, the owner stated “that we have done all we can do to take care of this issue with you.” He did direct our Back Office to issue a check, at the time we first responded to this issue. The check has been issued and mailed

Reply to Revdex.com:  From the very beginning we worked diligently to resolve this issue with Ms [redacted].  We provided 2 different sets of wheels and tires.  She was not happy with the tread design on either set of wheels and tires.  When I became aware of this issue a couple of weeks...

ago, I had my office administrator issue a check to [redacted] in the amount of $216.89 which covers her out of pocket expenses.
