The [redacted] & [redacted] Show First I received a voice mail from ***Then responded to next caller which was [redacted] I agreed to intercept [redacted] on the job site me only texting [redacted] to confirm that I have spoken to [redacted] and will meet @ clog I met [redacted] and he asked for a root killer treatmentI said that only works if it is ft of sewer c/o access but first lets clear it to determine how much cable is used He went on to tell me a story of a city tree invading his pipe and asked how much I charge for drain cleaning that is 60ftThis would be the second time, the first was two years ago when I met them for the same clog This visit I was told that a week or day prior the " [redacted] had another provider doing general plumbing work on the tub"The [redacted] asked for previous maintenance from some dude who they said repeatedly clogged the drain so I asked why wasn't he here unclogging it instead of me and they did not reply For $& no warranty on sewer as I explained prior to pulling my tools out and [redacted] agreedI cleared the drain, billed the [redacted] but I was not paid on siteI was kind enough to allow this as he had no $$He took a photo of the invoice and promised to mail the paymentPayment was received from [redacted] who called and signed the checks [redacted] complained when the drain re cloggedShe was never on site [redacted] was verbally informed that there was no warranty and signed the invoiceBefore leaving, [redacted] asked if I had time to do a camera inspectionI said call this weekend or when you have time, he said ok I explained that there was no warrantyDrain backed up week later on a yr old house with known city tree damage [redacted] wanted another camera inspection to accuse the cityI was told this by [redacted] in his postal uniform and truck in a hurry First visit in 2014, so upon second clog in March 2014, [redacted] calls and asked if I would go and un clog a drainI said I'm mins away and she said she would inform her tenantI called [redacted] back to send her text of the bill [redacted] says "I wont pay, it was only clear week" If you charge I wont call you back You were only there mins [redacted] said you gave a year warranty I apologized as she was clearly misinformed and I texted her the original bill with no warranty written on it She threatened to report to the Revdex.com then did It took days for a check to arrive and I asked [redacted] if his wife filed with the Revdex.com and he said nohe lied because here we are again, customer signs invoice saying no warranty ( for excellent reasons) I'm used to itPeople try to run into my work truck every day and I manage to avoid many un avoidable accidentsPhewBe well Also I told them they receive a day warranty as a 1st time customerKnowing they wanted a camera inspection is a red flag/ NO WARRANTY SEWER CLOGSneither do I when its a repeat occurrence [redacted] signed, [redacted] called saying left hand not working well with right hand ***- Phone handler [redacted] - Spokes person good cop/ bad cop and someone from another company dogged it When [redacted] or [redacted] asked for previous maintenance they say pure crap as soon as [redacted] told me and it wasn't even cloggedI was out week ago and all I did was send a pic of an invoice times I got excuses, ultimatums, threats, bullied Their main line was city side walk which a previous plumber located with a camera several years prior according to [redacted] !st visit *** another justifiable reason to not give a warranty [redacted] & [redacted] both said anything to not paymins nicely why? and what no warranty means 2nd visit sparked her comments with minor curse words saying " I'm not paying" I've received and deposited the paymentHopefully it doesn't bounce! He went on to tell me a story of a city tree invading his pipe and asked how much I charge for drain cleaning that is 60ft. This would be the second time, the first was two years ago when I met them for the same clog.
This visit I was told that a week or 1 day prior the "[redacted] had another provider doing general plumbing work on the tub". The [redacted] asked for previous maintenance from some dude who they said repeatedly clogged the drain so I asked why wasn't he here unclogging it instead of me and they did not reply. 
For $100 & no warranty on sewer as I explained prior to pulling my tools out and [redacted] agreed. I cleared the drain, billed the [redacted] but I was not paid on site. I was kind enough to allow this as he had no $$. He took a photo of the invoice and promised to mail the payment. Payment was received from [redacted] who called and signed the checks. 
[redacted] complained when the drain re clogged. She was never on site. [redacted] was verbally informed that there was no warranty and signed the invoice. Before leaving, [redacted] asked if I had time to do a camera inspection. I said call this weekend or when you have time, he said ok.
I explained that there was no warranty. Drain backed up 1 week later on a 50 yr old house with known city tree damage. [redacted] wanted another camera inspection to accuse the city. I was told this by [redacted] in his postal uniform and truck in a hurry.

Review: I am sending this information because [redacted] was incredibly unprofessional in his use of profanity with me when discussing business. We have had drain unclogged to our rental residence on two separate occasions prior to this incident. Last week [redacted] performed a main drain sweep at the cost of $100.00, which was paid in full. Today, I called him to let him know that the drains were still backing up. He went out immediately and sent a text I did not understand. I called him to find out more details. He let me know of the many options he and my husband had discussed for the future. We have a city tree that causes all of our drain problems. He started to talk about whether this job was under warranty and the possible half price charge for today. I was shocked considering we just paid him $100.00 a week ago. He stated his work was not guaranteed. Our tenants stated he had said it should last a year. He asked if I was yanking his chain because he would never say that. I said no I wasn't. I was not asking him to do work for free, but we have used him several times and you would think work would be guaranteed for at least a week. I told him I would be pissed if he was actually going to charge us again. He stated that no where on his invoice does it state work is guaranteed and that he really did not care if I would be pissed. I said that was fine, and I would not be using him again. He said he didn't care, called me a dumb [redacted] and hung up. I called him back to let him know I was planning to do a write up on his unprofessionalism. He responded by text with you owe me $100.00 and he would report me if I did not pay. This was incredibly unprofessional. I have dealt with numerous repair individuals over the years and have never been called a name. I have also never had work done where the owner was not willing to guarantee their work for at least a minimal amount of time. Very disappointed.
