I am rejecting this response because: To resolve this issue by simply saying' "sorry for the inconvenience," is unacceptable to meI drove my two children to your business from Tracy and it was more than an "inconvenience," to not be allowed to use the passes, that we were givenI am a single father with a very tight budgetThis was an opportunity to take my children out for a night of fun, utilizing entrance passes that I had previously paid forAnd again, when I was given these passes by your business, there were no restrictions or expirations that accompanied themIt's completely unfair and poor business to change the rules midstreamIt's unfortunate that you didn't have a more secure rain check procedure in place prior to our initial visit, but that should have never became my (the customer's) problemIt's your responsibility as someone practicing fair business policies, to honor your commitments to customersOn a side note, I'm quite certain that as a father and coming in with my two children, I didn't fit the mold of someone trying to scam you for free admissionsThis whole situation could have simply been avoided with a little "situational awareness!" I never photocopied any of your passes, nor do I know anyone who hasAll you had to do was recognize my situation and handle it properly, in the spirit of good customer service. *** ***
As I said before those passes were discontinued in November of because they were being reproduced & we started using the new ones the new ones in December we order them from a company and use a special hole punch in the corner to show that they are valid see attached file so there is no way that any of my employees gave these out last year I'm sorry for any inconvenience.***
As I stated in my original complaint, these passes we're giving to me last year as "rain checks," due to my son becoming ill as he was trying on his skatesI purchased and paid for three entries into the Stockton Indoor Sports Skating FacilityWithin approximately minutes upon arriving, I spoke with who I believed to be the manager and explained to him my situationHe seemingly understood and said he'd be happy to give us three passes to return at our convenienceAt this time, an expiration date on the passes was never conveyed to me. Had there been, I would have made sure I came back in time.I am unaware of any "red light, green light" game winners, nor did I make photocopies of these passesI was simply trying to bring my children back to a night of skating with the passes I was given.I have provided a scanned copy of the three passes I was given.I would like Stockton Indoor Sports to honor their agreement.Sincerely,*** ***
