We have received your consumer complaint *** and have done an investigation. What we have found is a Chevrolet Suburban Kdoes take Pag refrigerant oil from the factory. We have included with this letter a copy of original equipment look up which shows to use part
number *** which is the General Motors part number for Pag 150. At this time we are respectfully denying the demand for $2,040.00. If you have any further questions in regards to this please respond to this letter in writing
