This guest had a dispute over not having televisions in her hotel room We know our hotel and would not have told her that there were televisions in this room That being said, we were still going to give this guest a discount for the misunderstanding The guest chose to call the hotel multiple times and curse at the staff The guest also wrote bad reviews online After these action were taken, the discount was canceled and the guest is no longer welcome at this hotelthank you
Clinesha Springfield checked into the Woodfield Inn with credit cards, her business
and her personal. We charged her business card at check out. She called and told us to charge her personal card and refund her business cardWhen we tried to charge her personal card it declined so we left the charge on her business card so that we could get payment for her nights stay. As far as her lost jacket, we are not responsible for any lost or left items on the property.

I had purchased a new truck from midway chevy that was built by *** , I had issues with the truck bed and hoist , they were under built , went to dealer and *** not either of them offered any solution pointed the finger at each other , not much you can do at that point , I suggest use someone else for the truck and the any truck ad ons do not use *** equipment

our hotel and would not have told her that there were 2 televisions in this room. That being said, we were still going to give this guest a discount for the misunderstanding.
