this company destroyed my lawn! it was beautiful and only needed to be maintained and now it is burned everywhere!!

Worst customer service ever, don't rely on them.
Been a customer over 3 years loyal with a contract for bimonthly spraying and been
emailing for the August spraying since July 29, 2020 with no reply and phone calls were
answered that they will get the manager to call me. No calls! Called again and again to request the service and was told my account has been cancelled!! By whom? They have no answer for me and today after I sent yet another email they replied me that
"due to the inability to be able to keep the services your property on a consistent schedule we have had to cancel that account to future services. Thank you for your understanding.

They are not reliable, The person who was spraying our lawn, Craig, is the nicest person very professional and courteous but the office staff are rude and do not help you or reply, they lie that they sent me an email before stating they cancelled my service, this was after I copied the boss on my email requesting service and asking who cancelled my service and why? To protect herself she said she informed me before. I ask for everything my email so there is no doubt about anything.

They have no decency or respect for customer to just drop them because they said to put me back on they have to do the registration again meaning I would have to pay $185 and spraying charge again upfront!!! Why?.. They did this to me last year and I just paid it but not paying every year again and again, they are Greedy, do not care about you!!

This person's account was cancelled because she refused to pay for a service charge that was clearly stated on her service agreement.

She also refused service more than once, and was unable to commit to the service scheduled outlined in her service agreement.

The reason that we require her to pay for an initial service again, is because she did not adhere to the service schedule and allow us to service her lawn on a regular basis.

All of her frustration in this matter was self inflicted. Had she paid for the service charge that was on the service agreement SHE SIGNED, and stuck to the service schedule outlined in her agreement, none of this would have ever happened.

She is better off finding another service provider.

They are liars, this office staff is lazy and do not respond to you by phone or email. If they respond by phone, they just shove you off saying another person or manager will contact you, no one does contact.
For three years, we have paid the same day we receive the online bill through ebill payment which my bank issues them a check.

We paid for the regular service that I requested in june 2020, since no one called me for it as I had a bi-montly spraying for my lawn and I was hit with 2 bills, one for regular spraying which I requested and paid right away, the 2nd bill was for the summer treatment.
I was not told about it or asked about it or even informed even after I sent three email to request the regular spraying for June 2020, I got a response that they will be spraying on june 2nd. No mention of any additional spraying !!! Customer needs to know if you are going to pounce another bill on them.
The lawn was sprayed as usual and we were still not aware not told that they are spraying anything extra!
I told them that no one advised me nor did I agree to the spraying again for the summer treatment and they kept telling me that
I have to pay it otherwise they will cancel my agreement, wow, after three years of loyalty and no admission of they were wrong not to let me know and apologize; then I would have accepted the apology and paid right away, instead they take the Hiltler's way of stating they will cancel if I don't pay the bill. Their way or the highway!
My son told me to pay it and I paid right away and sent them an email with the banks attachment to show them I paid.

After that no reply even to say thank you and I emailed and called july 29, 2020 to set up appt for August 2020 spraying no reply from them I emailed twice again and called and was told my account is cancelled. On asking who cancelled it as I didn't, she had no answer for me and I asked to speak to the owner Brandon and they said he is not available but Brandon had told us if there is any issue to contact him. He is a good person and made the company what it is today but the staff are ruining his business by being rude and unprofessional. Just greedy for money, no care for customer.

The only time we refused the service was when we were in Canada and the back gates were closed so how are they going to service, I told them my son was coming back to FL the week after and we booked it for then so how are they saying we did not service? They were pushing to do service every 6 weeks instead of 8 after already having a contract for bi-weekly, but our lawn does not need the service that often thats why we did it for bi-monthly, its ALL about money, greedy greedy greedy.
Thank you for taking my comments, the people who want to hire them, beware, I say it as I see it. Owner Brandon and the person spraying our lawn, Craig Franklin are good honest people but the staff, thats another story to deal with them, they are impossible to talk to rude and not flexible at all, another company would have apologized, we are all human and to apologize is humble but not them!

I have recently returned home to my residence in Orlando, Florida. While going through mail and paperwork I discovered that I had an unpaid bill from Drake Lawn and Pest Control. A service I've had since purchasing the home in 2007, for pest control. When this company was only in its 3rd year of business. I have always been on auto pay. On April 3, my grandfather passed away and I had to travel and have been out of state and country due to this and work. While this occurred my card was also compromised and changed.

I called today to pay the account in full and to reinstate services. When I was rudely told today that my business will no longer be accepted by Drake Lawn and Pest Control. A customer for over 12 years because I did not call and tell my pest control company what was going on with me personally. I could barely keep myself together while still maintaining my employment. No one will understand the pain a person goes through when you lose a loved one, until they have experienced it themselves. So, no sorry call my lawn care company about something I knew nothing about was not on my mind.

It is devastating to be treated so harshly and without consideration to a person's well-being and situation. I am a very loyal customer and have been for 12 plus years. I would reconsideration and to work with someone other than Craig C. who has no bedside manner or people skills.

I will ensure that everyone I know and have band-width to will know that Craig C. with Drake Lawn and Pest Control is uncouth and has no compassion for one's situation or circumstance. I would seriously reconsider who you have running your Orlando office as general manager with his unpleasant rapport. I wonder if Brandon H and Jerry T know that someone has had such an experience.

There are several lawn and pest control companies and I be assured I will not have a problem obtaining service from a company that is understanding and knows the meaning of customer service.

From their office staff, to their management, and to the technicians that come to my home, Drake is by far the best pest control company I have ever used.

Always Excellent Service. Techs and Girls in the office are always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to all my Family and Friends.

Had a serious flea issue in my grass and was terrified my dog would bring them into my home. The company treated inside and out and I'm now flea free! Thanks!

Excellent service. Highly recommend. My service tech Gabe does a great job!

I have used this Company for years for a couple of years now. They have always conducted themselves professionally and with courtesy. When I have a question or concern (usually because I knew nothing about these florida grasses and bugs) they were always prompt and responded, explaining issues clearly.

I have used Drake for 11 years for pest control and for lawn service. From the thorough and knowledgeable technicians, to the easy to understand billing, I couldn't be happier.

I've been with the company for years and couldn't be happier with the services. I haven't seen a bug nearly ever since my first treatment.

Never took responsibility to repair. The damaged areas were assessed date given but no show. Worst customer experience ever! Received two notice of violation from my HOA, so I had replace the sod myself.
