We are a childcare center and open Monday-Friday (like most all childcare centers) from 6:am to 6:pmWe have a cleaning person on the weekends that is kind enough to answer the phone when she canShe is very polite and directs parents to call back on Monday for any questionsMost people are
very happy that someone picks up the phone on the weekend instead of it just ringingI will advise her to not answer the phone on the weekends anymore in an effort not to confuse anymore familiesI will also add that days of the week we are open under the hours we are open
