I had a similar experience to the previous reviewerDrake towed our car from our own parking spot in a condo garage in Feb They did not verify that the person requesting the two had the legal authority to do so as she owns a stall three away from ours, and was apparently confusedI am surprised that Drake would not exercise more due diligence in such a situation, especially as the building security guy apparently expressed concerns that the two was not from the complainant's stallI spoke with Manfred on the phone and he was not very helpful, refusing to refund the costWe will follow up again with Drake and the City Licence Inspector (under whose authority Drake operates) to see about a resolution
