They state they ship in one day well last three times I have done pictures on there it has been at minimum on these orders was days before shipping but final straw was so far it has been days on most recent one and when you call they say oh give us a chance it won't happen againWell they are right after this order if it ever actually ships or they refund my money it will not happen again for meMy Loved one has since been moved to another unit so now it will be another bit until he gets them because they will have to go through forwardingVERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and Does not follow up with what they promise on the site
I called and spoke with Sherry to update billing info and was told about an amazing promotion after I mentioned my disappointment w/recent increase for mos ea when purchasing a minimum of mos (I decided to pay for mos = 69.00) TOTAL SAVINGS 119.00!!!! Sherry was professional, courteous, and a good listener that was customer service-focused That alone is priceless
