A man brought in the charm that was on a inches, 14k gold wheat chain for me to solder the loop of the charm I told him that I do not need to keep the chain because he want me to solder the charm’s loop only and the loop was big enough to slide on and off the chainAll that was needed is to solder the loop of the charm I do not want to keep his chain here, but he insisted me to keep the chain here Then, I did as he told me, I soldered the loop of the charm without having to remove the charm from the chain Later when he came to picked it up and paid me for the agreed price of for the labor to solder the loop, I returned back to him exactly the same charm that is still on the exact same inches chain that he brought in He inspected his charm and his chain , and my work (for soldering the charm) before he left the jewelry store A couple of days later, he came back to the store and accused me that I gave him back a different chain and brought the picture of another chain to show me, which was not the same chain that he brought in with his charm repair The chain in the picture is a rope chain and he brought in the wheat chain with the charm He asked me to explain to him the different between the wheat and rope chain styleI took a moment to explain to him We will never do anything un-ethical to jeopardize our business reputation Our business is based on TRUST and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION To earn these values from my customers, I provide services with honesty, integrity, affordable, and professional works and we have done that for over years now In fact, Bluestar Jewelers received the certificate of distinction award years in a row as the BEST OF THE BEST jewelry store in the area for and I knew this man for over years since he had a Beer Barn business over in Burnet and I will never do anything to make him unhappyThe inches chain that he said he bought over years ago, may or may not fit a person’s neck well after that many years Just to make him feel better, (Which I don’t have to do it) I gave him a solid 14k gold inches rope chain (value $ 475.00) to him But, he asked for more, he want me to put a 14k gold lobster clasp, and so I did that for himThen, just before he left the store, he created another issue by saying that I soldered his charm which did not fit his wife’s bracelet He was yelling and threatening to damage my business reputation He told all his friends and workers and daughter to do something to ruin my business reputation For this ACCUSATION that I did not do and for the $that I charged for soldering his charm , I do not deserve his hostile attitude toward me
