Review: My husband and I bought window shades for $2500 on 2/**/15 with a 10 year warranty from Drapemasters and they refuse to give us any warranty paper work or to give us the name of the company that made the shades so we can deal with them ourselves. We are having a problem with one of the window shades . Please help.
