Triplicate orders
On 1/11/22 I placed an order for 2 items on this website, I received 3 confirmations at the same time with 3 different order numbers with 3 different crs. I then checked with my creditcard company and noted 1 item for the order pending. I then
called Draper to report this problem, assuming their processing would send 3 sets of orders whie only charging me for 1. After being on the phone call for 30 minutes, I was told I would have to call back and verify the dups has been canceled,They will not send out any confirmation. After I suggested that I was helping them out...She stated that eventhough, the creditcard only had one order listed as pending, my creditcard will be charge for each duplicate order as they shipped. That's when I canceled the order period. I have never heard of this practice from any reputable practice.

Review: I have been receiving catalogs from Draper's & Damon's since February 2014. I have NEVER ordered from this catalog and do not wish to receive it. I have called repeatedly to tell them to take me off of their mailing list. I have been told that I am off of their mailing list, that I may receive one more catalog until I am out of their system. I have called a total of 15 times and have been told I will no longer receive their catalog. Yesterday, September 21, 2014, I received the 16th catalog. They send approx. 2 a month. I am so upset that nothing is being done to cancel this mailing. I feel this is a form of harrassment and I want it to stop! My health is being affected because I am not being heard.Desired Settlement: I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN

On 12/7/15 I submitted an online order for an E-gift card. I got a return email confirming my order and indicating a shipping confirmation email would follow. I had never heard of an E-gift card being shipped, but decided to let it ride. On 12/8/15 I received an email saying the item had been shipped and indicated I could track the package using the provided tracking number...which was not there. I was totally confused at that point but decided to wait to see if it arrived in the mail. Nothing. On 12/15/15 I called to inquire about the status of an order that should have been a no-brainer with a link to print out my E-gift card. The "call center" employee couldn't help me; he just said it was "strange". I then sent an email to customer service to which I got a bizarre automated "warning" the next day. I called the customer service number a second time and asked for the charge to be credited back to my credit card to end this bizarre run around. When I asked to be connected to a supervisor, [redacted] said all she could do was send the company an email; she had no telephone number to reach anyone who might be able to help me. I followed that call with another email to customer service. I have had no response to that email yet. There are several complaints about this business online. It may have been in business for 85 years and claim to have "premium customer service", but it doesn't. I will certainly never do business with them again.
