Review: Ordered (1)Back Bar Refrigerator w/3 doors on August 13, 2013. Draught Technologies stated it would arrive on August 23, 2013. As of September 21, 2013 still not arrived. Company states it unit has shipped but, unable to provide a tracking number. We have been promised 4 ship dates and no Refrigerator. Company personnel very difficult to communicate with. When placing call to company a automated attendend answers call. When call forwarded to needed extension rings four time then you get disconnected. Appears to be a underfunded, one person operation not able to provide the five Customer Service Principles listed in company catolog.Desired Settlement: Need not settlement at this time. I just want what I ordered.

The item ordered by Mr. [redacted] is a commercial refrigerator manufactured by [redacted] in [redacted]. My company, Draught Technologies began offering these items for sale in our catalog in 2013 to round out our product line. At the time we began offering the [redacted] units we were informed that all units must be purchased through a mid-tier distributor in [redacted]. This was the first refrigerator that we ordered from [redacted] and had to send a purchase order to the distributor in [redacted] for processing. We received shipping dates from the distributor and consequently passed along this information to Mr. [redacted]. Unfortunately, communication between the distributor and the manufacturer was not handled in a proper manner and the unit was not shipped for 4 weeks after the initial order was placed. We did in fact inform Mr. [redacted] of several ship dates based on the information we were given that turned out to be erroneous. While we are ultimately responsible for the service, delivery and communication wit our customers, the information that was passed along to Mr. [redacted] was done so in good faith and based solely on information that we received from the mid-tier distributor. We have since begun to represent a different line of commercial refrigerators in order to provide our customers with the high level of service and quality for which Draught Technologies is known.
