Don’t hire *** Dravis We contracted with him to pour a patio and install French doors at the back of our dinette on 4/17/ Even tho his estimate was incorrect, we paid him about half up-front The patio was mostly finished within a week, although the lack of contraction joints we asked for had resulted in a crack that ran the whole width of the patio After more than a month (end of May) and several texts to get him out here, *** came back and installed the French doors and the steps from the dinette to the patio Even tho there was one more thing to do (cut and put up the molding around the French doors), we paid him the remainder of the bill He took his original estimate and said he’d correct it, and that’s the last time we saw any paperwork, and the last we saw of him Despite several texts and non-responses, the molding went undone until mid-August when we paid someone else to finish the job
