I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I see this business fabricates many, many reasons that
my job was "difficult" however, they do not indicate proof that they
did not damage our door. The business representative I spoke to indicted that
their repairman would repair the damage by filing and painting it. Only once I
spoke of replacement did the company claim they were not responsible for this
damage and threw everything including the kitchen sink at the reasons.
