We have been to Mrs [redacted] 's home several times and have had our suppliers rep come to her house as wellAttached is claim paperwork where a claim has been filed with the manufacturer.We are working diligently with the manufacturer and supplier to get this problem resolvedUnfortunately these things can take time and we are sorry if it has been an inconvenience to Mrs [redacted] in any wayWe do plan to correct this issue, if Mrs [redacted] will just give it the time it takes to follow all the proper proceduresWe have sent pricing information to the manufacturer to replace the coil on Mrs [redacted] 's home and we are waiting to hear back from themThis is an unfortunate and uncommon situation for us but we are taking the steps needed to get Mrs [redacted] 's coil issue resolved

I can personally assure Mrs [redacted] that we are not trying to "bye time" until her warranty has lapsedThat kind of action does not represent this company and what it stands forHer warranty actually does not even expire until Regardless of those facts, we did hear from the manufacturer late Monday afternoon and we were able to come to a resolution with themWe will be replacing the damaged coil on Mrs [redacted] 's homeIt will be replaced with a different coil product to ensure this problem does not happen againWe are getting this scheduled to be done ASAP and will be in touch with Mrs [redacted] soonThere is rain in the forecast all this week and some in next week as wellHowever, it will get done as soon as possible and we appreciate Mrs [redacted] 's patience Thanks, [redacted] Office Manager, Drawdy Roofing

I can personally assure Mrs. [redacted] that we are not trying to "bye time" until her warranty has lapsed. That kind of action does not represent this company and what it stands for. Her warranty actually does not even expire until 2018. Regardless of those facts, we did hear from the manufacturer late Monday afternoon and we were able to come to a resolution with them. We will be replacing the damaged coil on Mrs. [redacted]'s home. It will be replaced with a different coil product to ensure this problem does not happen again.
