I will NEVER walk into this place again, took my son there for an injury that turned out to be a broken arm 9/8/15. They said they were sending a referral to an orthopedic Dr., and specifically said that this dr would contact me. So I waited. Today I called Fordland Clinic back to get contact info for ortho. dr. since they hadn't called yet. THEY NEVER SENT THE REFERRAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The person who was supposed to do this had lame excuses, like only being there 5 hours on the day we were there (No way we were there after she left, we were seen at 8:30 AM) and the Dr. didn't verbally say anything to her. Do you need the Dr. to wipe your behind for you, too? Absolutely horrible, my son has not been able to get proper treatment for his broken arm because this stupid, negligent, lazy woman wouldn't send a stupid fax. Will just go to the ER in the future.
