Drayer Physical Therapy

Had a good experience about a year ago but now they have half the staff. They demand that you have two appts a week regardless of other medical issues and appts. I doubt if they do that to working people . This way they get maximum Medicare and Blue Cross payments in shortest amount of time. Clerk attempts to get HIPAA information from patient. I am a female veteran and finished law school at age 49. Same clerk presumed to call me "sweetie" after I canceled all future appts.
Therapist threatened to "refer" me if I couldn't come in for more appointments. Code for fire?
Management is behind this, and it goes all the way to corporate.
Research HIPAA complaint process. I expect a violation.
