I did in fact authorize Action Auto Body to do the repairs according to the estimate produced by ***Action Auto Body was to repair the vehicle according to the estimate, as agreedWhen speaking to the owner "Red" he stated that he had deviated from the estimate on the parts, this was against our agreementThe parts being ordered were after market parts from ABC international and were under warranty, as stated in the estimateHowever, Red states that he ordered OEM parts directly from Bay Ridge NissanNeither Nissan nor ABC International have any record of doing business with Action Auto BodyAlso, according to the invoice Action provided, they state that they did the repairs according to the estimate eventhough this was not trueAs per NYS law, the repair shop is required to provide me with a detailed invoice stating the work that was done to the carThis is to include the parts that were replaced, their condition, and manufacturer warranty if anyAside from them deviating from the estimate and refusing to provide me with a detailed invoice, Action Auto body did a terrible jobThere is paint overspray all over the vehicle, the bumper, fender, and door were not properly alignedThe right wheel makes noise and the right window does not properly closeI refuse to take the vehicle back as Action has already displayed a lack of craftsmanship and trustI have already paid Nissan to fix the alignment on the right wheel to stop the noise, and detailing to remove the paint at a cost of $I would like to reimbursed for these expenses as well as costs related to the proper alignment of my bumper, fender, and door
