Review: I ordered two separate photographs from this vendor, both from a youth hockey tournament. After cashing my check for $100, the vendor refused to deliver the ordered photographs, despite repeated efforts to reach him by telephone and email.Desired Settlement: This is a very simple matter. I paid for photographs and I want what I paid for. Otherwise, a refund is appropriate.
