After the job was completed [redacted] contacted me and said there were some areas that he felt were not adequately prepared and needed to be taken care ofI scheduled a day/time to return to meet with him and review any outstanding issuesWhen we met, I told [redacted] that we would certainly address any areas within the scope of work outlined in the proposalWe agreed to schedule a day to return, however shortly after I left [redacted] sent me an email stating that we should not returnWe are happy to return to correct any outstanding issues as outlined in the proposal
