This is in reference to a refund, for Log Railing, given by T&M Log Homes to [redacted] After we clarified and agreed to the amount due to Ramirez we contacted them via phone to inform them that we would be mailing out a check in the amount of $3,On March 17, we mailed the check via Certified Mail to the address we had on file, [redacted] ***We confirmed via our bank records that [redacted] had cashed our checkIt cleared our bank on April 13th, Tonia called [redacted] the afternoon of 4/14/and verified with her on the telephone that she had cashed the check [redacted] stated that she was satisfied with the amount paid as agreed and that we were considered paid in fullPlease see copy of the referenced documents attachedAs the agreed amount was paid in full we believe there to be no dispute.Thank you, [redacted] & [redacted] OwnerT&M Log Homes, LLC
