Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI reviewed their response When I called and orded....I asked for top soil They basically delivered top fill not top soil They did not provide details that their top soil gets Rock hard when it dries They shouldn't call top soilAnd No I was not just trying to get free soilI paid for a product and I was not happy with the fill dirt they delivered Why would I order hard fill dirt for my gardens Basically I feel it was advertisingThey wouldn't even send someone back out to look at what they delivered Regards, [redacted] ***
