They came to an agreement once we hired an attorney to take care of the matter. We had to threaten with litigation procedures in order for them to respond. I really do not think that is resolving the matter. We are still at a loss of over $2,500.00 in addition to attorney fees. Again the equipment was not used and is even in its original packaging it is unheard of in this day an age that an item that has not been used can not be returned for a full refund. Most unheard of is the fact that this was never disclosed during the purchasing process. I would sill like to report them as they lack good business practices.[redacted]
