Good morning – it’s Tuesday and no paint.  I would prefer that a complaint against him remains on the Revdex.com; I can’t be the only customer that is not happy with him but can warn others as to his business ethics.  Not sure what route to take as far as getting paint...

Review: House was painted in spring/summer of 2014 with a lifetime gaurantee. Tried repeadly to contact Mr. E[redacted] this year to come and repaint porch where paint has bubbled up in several areas as well as touch up other areas on the porch. My husband was repeadly told by Mr. E[redacted] that he would come and look, Mr. E[redacted] never showed up or made any attempt to reshedule when he did not show up. I sent him a letter asking to drop off paint since he is always a "no show" and received no response. He has all receipts for paint, so I can not go to the store for the warrantee replacement.Desired Settlement: I would like for the business to come look at what needs done and either fix it since there is a lifetime gaurantee, or drop off paint at my house.
