Review: I bought a groupon to dream body boot camp. the workout was great, even thought the customer service was extreamly rude,and I was still struggling with loosing any weight, I decided to sign up for 1 more month at a discounted price of 96.00 as a member of the Boot Camp. When I went in with my groupon it was my understanding that this was a trial run. I signed no membership papers. When I paid my first months fee, I signed a membership paper in that clause it stated 30 money back guaranteed. Well 12 days into and them closing for 4 days and not offering any classes..I decided this place conducts bad business ethics and I no longer want to be a member (and I wasnt getting the support or results that I was hoping to achieve from this). They denied my refund and claimed that my time used with my groupon is included and counted towards my membership start date. This was never disclosed when I signed the contract that stated "30 days money back guaranteed". They also said some other rude comments in the email. This couple conducts terrible customer service, there in it soley for the money...not their consumersDesired Settlement: I would like my refund for one month back.
