We have not heard from you since the below email! We have been forced to move ahead on the project without you in order to have it completed by March 16thWe have hired a local person and have order all the supplies that are required to finish the job
The one item I
am struggling with is the Brand of Roofing you installed, and how can get the proper Rubber Boot for the Electrical Mass and the replacement Edge trimAs you know this was damaged upon arrival and you advised me you ordered a replacement piece back in AugustCould you advise us how we can get these two items or what the brand and model of the Black Roof is, where you purchased it?
Could you also advise how you will be paying me back the$18,745?The deadline for you to have this payment to me is Monday March 19th! You can do an e-Transfer, Certified check and you can advise which you preferMy Father is still in Rocky Harbour so he can also accept it on my behalf if you are in the area?
If I do not receive full payment by this date, I will be seeking Legal counsel and escalating this to the courtsIf this is the route I am forced to use I will also be going for damages and loss of expenses from Rental opportunity, Heat bills, insurance and everything else this has cost me since our agreed upon date Sept 30th( You did not honour out Turn Key Agreement)Paying me back the $18,745, will be thecheapest way for you to settle thisI assure you I will not be going away or resting until this is financially settled
In addition you are required to remove your Travel Trailer from my property as outlined back in SeptYou are no longer my contractor and it needs to be removed from site as of March 19thPlease advise what date you will be planned to do this? It is towable once it is upright
