Review: We had our kitchen cabinets refinished by Cabinets Reborn. While we were satisfied with the original result and the service provided, the end result has been extremely disappointing. The owner was paid in cash to repair damage done to the faux finish on our TV cabinet by a satellite technician. After numerous requests by email, letter and phone over a period of weeks, he did not return to repair the damage or refund the money paid for the repair. Also, we were promised a touch up kit to repair dings and nicks in the finish (the finish does not "last forever" as claimed and we have no way of touching up the finish without the matching repair kit) which also has not been delivered as promised. We are disappointed to have to write this review as these relatively minor issues could have been taken care of to everyone's satisfaction and we're left frustrated and unhappy with the end result.Desired Settlement: I'd like what was promised. The touch up kit and refund of the $100 that was paid to repair the TV cabinet that was not repaired.
