Sorry for the issues with the Mini I spoke to our [redacted] , [redacted] ***, about this issue It seems like there was some miscommunication We did send the car to the Mini dealer and we did follow their advice by removing and having the windshield resealed twiceThe dealer did not have any more advice than that In doing research, this appears to be a design flaw related to the vehicle being parked on a hill and your driveway is apparently on a hill [redacted] said he informed you that by backing in to your driveway, it would prevent the problem, because the sunroof drains would be downhill and work correctly [redacted] said he informed you of this.We also already did pay to replace some parts related to this leak This is an unfortunate situation that is related to a manufacturer design flaw We have been trying to help get it resolved, but we are not a car manufacturer However, I know [redacted] has reached out to you to see if we can figure out how to modify your Mini to alleviate the problemAgain, we are trying to help, but this problem might be best addressed with a complaint to Mini Cooper since the issue is related to a manufacturer design flaw

It is never our intention to hide a warranty cost or any other cost.  Our Finance Managers are well trained on complete disclosure and we require signatures on the Buyers Order and contract that clearly display the figures.  So I am not sure how a misunderstanding like this could...

occur.  In this case, my understanding is the customer purchased a car and then returned it to us the next day because the payment was too high.  We apologize for any misunderstanding, but we did gladly take the car back and refunded any money.

Please contact our service dept at [redacted] and make arrangements to bring your car in to have it looked at.  Is [redacted] aware that you are not happy and expect these items to be addressed?
