Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the quality of the pictures are still awful [redacted] did full refund and sent a new package to do more pictures with the companyHowever after all of this headache I wish never to do business with them againTheres were my sons first photos that are irreplaceableI know longer have a decent picture to put in his baby book do to his face being washed outThey tried to compensate by making the background darkThese pictures look no different then the time when I drove to the ***I feel like only reason this much was done was because of my complaint to the Revdex.com Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: the quality of the pictures are still awful. [redacted] did  full refund and sent a new package to do more pictures with the company. However after all of this headache I wish never to do business with them again. Theres were my sons first photos that are irreplaceable. I know longer have a decent picture to put in his baby book do to his face being washed out. They tried to compensate by making the background dark. These pictures look no different then the 3 time when  I drove to the [redacted]. I feel like only reason this much was done was because of my complaint to the Revdex.com.

to her belief this is a scam, I would just like to say that we did photo shoots of 12,000 families in 2015 and work directly with [redacted] for our traveling photo shoots. Therefore, it's safe to say we definitely are NOT a scam. I don't know why the studio was shut down when she arrived, I have to assume that she was a last appointment and was more than 10 minutes late. As [redacted] stores close between 8 and 10 PM on the weekends (depending on the store)and we schedule our last appointment for 1 hour before closing, it's impossible to wait until 30 minutes before closing for someone running late as the shoot takes a minimum of 15 minutes and then viewing the images to place an order can take significantly longer than that. We are expected to be packed up and ready to go when the store closes. That said, we do apologize for the inconvenience to Ms. [redacted] and hope that she finds this resolution satisfactory.
